The Feats x Kinisi Run Hub — Community, Science, and Sell-Out Success in Bristol

The Feats x Kinisi Run Hub — Community, Science, and Sell-Out Success in Bristol

Last week, The Feats had the privilege of joining one of the UK’s most forward-thinking running retailers — Kinisi Run Hub in Bedminster, Bristol — for an evening that perfectly captured what makes the running community so special: expertise, energy, and genuine connection.

A Hub for Runners, by Runners

Kinisi Run Hub isn’t your average running store. Founded by former GB and Scotland athlete Jamie Williamson, Kinisi is a destination for runners who want more than just shoes — it’s a place for movement analysis, expert advice, and a curated selection of the best gear. With an in-store running track and advanced pressure analysis, Jamie and his team are redefining what a specialty retailer can be. And yes, they stock The Feats!

Expert Insights: Blister Prevention with Emma Barnes

The evening kicked off with a talk from Emma Barnes, Associate Podiatrist at Footworks (a leading sports podiatrist in Bristol). Emma is a clinical expert with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry, a PgCert in Podiatric Sports Medicine (Queen Mary University London), and is HCPC registered (CH30986). With over a decade of NHS experience, specialist training in musculoskeletal podiatry and ultrasound, and a passion for sports medicine, Emma brought a wealth of knowledge to the room.

Her session on blisters and blister prevention was both practical and eye-opening, busting myths and sharing actionable tips that runners could use immediately. Emma then led a guided workshop on foot and toe strength — getting everyone moving, stretching, and laughing together.

The Feats in Action: High-Energy, Hands-On

Next up, our founder Logan brought The Feats story to life with his trademark high-energy style. We believe in supporting our stockists not just with product, but with real activation — showing up, sharing our science-backed approach, and engaging directly with the community.

Attendees got to hear about our mission to empower people to stay active and resilient, and to try our full range of natural, evidence-based foot care products. From Chafe Guard anti-blister balm, to Sole Saviour Foot Cream for dry cracked heels, Funga Shield Athlete’s Foot Powder to Bounce Back Muscle Recovery Balm, every product was sampled, tested, and discussed — with honest feedback and plenty of questions.

Community Engagement — and a Sell-Out Night

What made the night truly special was the level of engagement. Runners asked thoughtful questions, shared their own stories, and dove into the hands-on demos. The result? Every single piece of The Feats stock at Kinisi was snapped up by the end of the night — a testament to the power of authentic connection and the trust that comes from real-world experience.

Why We Do It

At The Feats, we’re committed to supporting our retail partners with more than just product. We activate, educate, and engage — because we know that when customers understand the science and story behind what they’re buying, they become advocates for life.

A huge thank you to Jamie and the Kinisi team for hosting, and to Emma Barnes for sharing her clinical expertise. Here’s to more events, more movement, and more happy, healthy feet.
