Shipping Scope
We currently ship only within the UK — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm (UK time) are typically dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm, or over the weekend, are dispatched on the next business day.
- While we aim to dispatch quickly, please note this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.
Delivery Method
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri Standard — both are 2–3 business day tracked services with delivery confirmation (including proof of delivery photos).
While most parcels arrive within 48–72 hours, delivery times can vary, especially in rural or remote locations. Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to factors beyond our control.
If your parcel is delayed, our customer support team is here to help — but please note:
Replacement orders will only be issued if 14 days have passed since customer notification of delay.
This aligns with courier guidance and ensures fair resolution for both parties.
Shipping Rates
We charge a flat shipping fee based on carrier pricing:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £2.80 per order
- Evri Standard – £3.60 per order
Shipping charges are calculated based on package size, and displayed at checkout.

Postage fees are set by external delivery providers and may vary over time. We do our best to offer fair and transparent pricing, and reserve the right to update our shipping rates in line with changes to carrier costs.
